Statement 2 – CORRECT: After a forest has been made into a community reserve, people cannot hunt there.

Statement 3 – CORRECT: People of such area are allowed to collect non-timber forest produce.

Statement 4 – INCORRECT: After a forest has been made into a community reserve, people cannot use it for agricultural practices. Hence statement 4 is not correct.
