Answer: C. 3-2-1
Verdict
The answer is 3-2-1. The Second Round Table Conference came first, then the Quit India Movement, then the Royal Indian Navy mutiny.
Analysis
The Second Round Table Conference met in London in September 1931, following the Gandhi-Irwin Pact, with Gandhiji attending as the sole Congress representative. The Quit India Movement was launched on 8 August 1942 after the failure of the Cripps Mission. The Royal Indian Navy mutiny began on 18 February 1946, when ratings aboard HMIS Talwar in Bombay struck work. The correct chronological order is therefore event 3, then event 2, then event 1.

How to crack it
Chronology questions are settled by fixing the two endpoints, which usually eliminates most options without dating the middle item. Here the Round Table Conferences are clearly the earliest, belonging to the early 1930s, and the naval mutiny is clearly the latest, belonging to the final phase before transfer of power. Anchor the freedom struggle on a decade spine, 1931 negotiation, 1942 mass movement, 1946 mutinies and transfer of power, and this whole question type becomes mechanical.
