Cashew – NOT NATIVE: The cashew is native to northeastern Brazil. Portuguese missionaries took it to East Africa and India during the late 16th century.
Papaya – NOT NATIVE: Papaya cultivation had its origin in South Mexico and Costa Rica. It is not native to India.
Red Sanders – NATIVE: As a native species to Andhra Pradesh, Red Sanders (also known as Red Sandalwood) use and trade are regulated by the State.
