Statement 1 – CORRECT: Article 109 provides for the Special procedure in respect of Money Bills.

Statement 2 – CORRECT: A Money Bill shall not be introduced in the Council of States.

Statement 3 – CORRECT: After the House of the People has passed a Money Bill, it is transmitted to the Council of States for its recommendations. The Rajya Sabha can either approve the Bill or suggest changes but cannot reject it.

Statement 4 – INCORRECT: The House of the People may thereupon either accept or reject all or any of the recommendations of the Council of States. If the Lok Sabha does not accept any of the recommendations, the Money Bill shall be deemed to have been passed by both Houses in the form in which it was passed by Lok Sabha without the amendments.
