Pair 1 is CORRECT. Garba is the circular folk dance of Gujarat performed around a lamp during Navratri. Pair 3 is CORRECT. Yakshagana is the vigorous night long folk theatre of coastal Karnataka combining dance, music and elaborate costume. Pair 2 is INCORRECT. Mohiniattam is one of the classical dances of Kerala, performed solo by women in the distinctive off white and gold costume. The classical form of Odisha is Odissi, which is the swap the question is banking on.

How to crack it
Classical dance mapping is high frequency and low effort, so fix the eight forms to their states once and permanently: Bharatanatyam with Tamil Nadu, Kathak with north India, Kathakali and Mohiniattam with Kerala, Kuchipudi with Andhra, Odissi with Odisha, Manipuri with Manipur and Sattriya with Assam. Notice that the trap here is a name that begins similarly to another state's form, which is the usual construction.
